Deemed Project Enigma, this NCO Communications Workshop, created for originally the Abilene Air Force Base, is a 5 day program aimed at teaching non-commissioned officers (NCOs) to use emotional intelligence to improve attrition of first-time Airmen at the base.
My role in this project involved working with instructional designers, learning consultants, and game designer to design an engaging training program. The deliverables included a facilitator guide, learner guide, facilitator’s presentation, and card game.
